Wife of George Stephanopoulos: Daughters Are Scared After The Election

Are you kidding me??? The Lunacy of the Left.

George Stephanopoulos’s daughters are very scared of both ISIS and Donald Trump, according to his wife, Ali Wentworth. She appeared on The View and said their 11-year-old is sleeping in bed with them every night for fear of ISIS, and their 14-year-old is upset that women can no longer get abortions under President-elect Trump.

“I have an eleven-year-old daughter who doesn’t really understand what ISIS is but she knows that she is scared and she’s now sleeping in bed with us every night,” Wentworth told the co-hosts.

Whoopi Goldberg, sounding quite concerned for their well-being, asked, “So, what do you do? What can you say to other parents who are at their wit’s end with their children who are scared, and they’re also scared as adults?”

Wentworth said she has a two-fold response when her daughters seek comfort:

“I say two things… one is, we help out everybody in this country that is really going to need our help. Whatever, whatever, in organization, you know, we give, we volunteer, we help out.”

And with that, it’s not hard to see why there’s a bit of uneasiness from the children.

Wentworth didn’t list the second thing she and George tell them for “comfort” because she wanted to move on to another story about their older daughter who had a negative reaction to Trump’s election night victory. She said she hesitates to tell it because “it might be the end of my marriage”:

“It just involves my fourteen-year-old getting upset about the election and screaming ‘no abortions’ really loudly and I was like, you haven’t kissed a boy yet, don’t use that word so flippantly.”

Sage advice coming from a mother who traumatized her daughters last year when she exposed her breasts on Jimmy Kimmel Live. Parenting is especially hard when you’re a liberal:
