By now, just about everyone has heard about the incident at the Cincinnati Zoo that left a young boy shaken and Harambe, a 17-year-old gorilla, dead.
Immediately following Harambe’s shooting, fingers started pointing in two primary directions:
Some blamed the child’s mother, Michelle Gregg, for not looking after her son properly.
Others blamed the zoo for not having enough of a barrier around Harambe’s enclosure to keep a four-year-old boy from climbing into it, or for not simply tranquilizing Harambe instead of killing him.
It’s gotten heated, to say the least—especially on social media.
Between this guy and the mom, you have society's problems in a nutshell. Everything is everyone else's fault. https://t.co/1FvoNdQoEt
